Science-informed therapy grounded in genuine human connection
I am a licensed psychologist with a background in psychological research and a strong passion for clinical work. I use evidence-based, research-supported approaches while tailoring therapy to each individual’s unique experiences, goals, and values.
I believe meaningful change happens within a collaborative and supportive relationship. My approach is thoughtful, flexible, and grounded in understanding the whole person—not just symptoms. I aim to help clients gain insight, build practical skills, and make changes that feel both sustainable and meaningful in their lives.

I also offer Life Coaching, which is a different service, is not treatment, and is never billed to insurance.
Life coaching is a goal-oriented, forward-focused service that helps you build habits, improve performance, and create meaningful change in your personal or professional life.
Coaching is not therapy, does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions, and is not a substitute for mental health treatment.
Coaching is best suited for individuals who are functioning well and looking to grow, optimize, or navigate specific life transitions.
